Starting with AI and marketing, attendees will go on a journey to glimpse into the future workplace (yes, including Gen Z) and discover how you can harness the enormous potential a diverse working environment can deliver.
Meet the speakers…
Katie King is a published Author, Keynote Speaker and Marketing Consultant (specialising in digital and AI) with over 28 years’ experience. She has advised many of the world's leading brands and business leaders, including Richard Branson, o2, Orange, Accenture, PA Consulting, Arsenal Football Club and Harrods.
Katie has delivered numerous TEDx talks and is a frequent commentator on BBC TV and radio, and is a regular speaker on the international conference circuit. She is the author of Using Artificial Intelligence in Marketing: How to Harness AI and Maintain the Competitive Edge, due for publication by Kogan Page in February 2019. She speaks engagingly, candidly and empathetically to audiences about the importance of being agile and innovating, showcasing current global examples from business and academic experts.
Managing Director for Duke Corporate Education, the executive education arm of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and previously the Executive Director of Thought Leadership at London Business School, Adam Kingl teaches companies how to survive challenging times ahead. As a keynote speaker, Adam leverages his research on the work and leadership paradigms of Generation Y to shine a light on the future of business for individuals and organisations.
He provides a practical approach to unleashing personal and team creativity, improving both strategic and management innovation, and fulfilling organisational and personal purpose in work-life. Adam has consulted, designed and taught courses in these areas, and he has worked with organisations as diverse as the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, Aldar Properties, the BBC, BP, De Beers, Disney, Ericsson, LVMH, Oman Oil, Orica, Pixar, Tesco and Zurich.
Adam has also contributed to and been interviewed by publications including The Financial Times, Sunday Times, Forbes, Fortune, The Guardian, and Fast Company, to name but a few.
Anne-Marie Imafidon has always been interested in business, maths and technology. A child prodigy who passed maths and ICT GCSEs aged ten she holds the current world record for the youngest girl ever to pass A-level computing aged 11, and is one of the youngest people ever to be awarded a Masters Degree by University of Oxford aged 20.
She is also pioneering change in the tech sector as the co-founder of Stemettes—an award-winning social enterprise inspiring the next generation of females into STEM roles.
As a champion of STEM and a speaker on technology, she is well-placed to discuss the digital revolution, diversity in STEM, young entrepreneurship and why it's never too late to go into tech. In 4 years, 15000 girls across the UK, Ireland and Europe have attended Stemette experiences. In 2017, she was awarded an MBE in the New Years Honours for services to young women and STEM sectors.
Anne-Marie has previously worked with Goldman Sachs, Hewlett-Packard, Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers, amassing a wealth of experience. She is also a recognised thought-leader in the tech space, regularly appearing in the media as a talking head, and giving talks at tech giants such as SXSW and Founders Forum.
